Classy

Regardless of where you are on the political spectrum, what issues are passionate to you, or whether you are a Christian or atheist, most of us love our families dearly and will defend them till the death. This was a class act.
And why would republicans be "shocked" as this report indicates? Aren't most conservatives pro-life? Making no assumptions here - but I would say that pro-life says each life is precious. I just don't get it. Better hold on tight atop that high horse before you get knocked down.

  1. Agreed!
I'm very glad Obama is taking the high road because he is right nobody's children should be dragged through the mud.
I won't even comment on the *gasp* pregnancy

  4. It makes me sad that anyone would be shocked or appalled by this. One, it's a family issue and should not be a topic of discussion. Two, the attitude of *unwanted* pregnancy saddens me, because obviously this baby is wanted and is just as deserving of love and life as any *wanted* pregnancy. Having a baby is no walk-in-the-park no matter what age you are or what your situation. Obviously, this beautiful life will come into this world wanted a loved by a huge family.

  5. Amen!! I'm sick of the self-righteousness. This (daughter's pregnancy) could happen to any family.

  6. I think Sarah Palin in the "class act" in this -- she stands by her daughter and boyfriend & insists they are off limits to the media despite being barraged like a male candidate would never have to experience ~ Momof2
