Don't Blog at All

Have you ever heard the expression, "If you don't have something good to say - don't say anything at all!"? Well I have applied that to my blog which is the best explanation I can give for the silence. I am struggling again. Travis has been out of work for a full week, and we were behind everything before that. After I pay all the bills this week, we'll have just a little money to eek out for food and gas. I cannot think beyond this particular week. If I do, anxiety attempts to take over. Things are more difficult than I can say, and while I know that others are in far more dire situations, the one that I am in, juggling day to day feels like it's swallowing me. I feel like I can't work one more hour, fix one more relationship, resolve one more problem. I am just totally, physically, emotionally and mentally spent.

  1. I just wish I could come and hang out and give you laughter. Hang in there. I'm sure you are frustrated and tired and sick of it all, but I care and I don't even really know you.

  2. I was listening to Plumb while at the doctor's office today and a couple of their songs made me think of you especially "Sleep". I love you hon, and know we are praying for you all!!

  3. Yes, it's from my childood because I had everything to say and it wasn't *good*

I know what you are going through financially and I pray tat it turns around for you.

Don't worry about tomorrow, tomorrrow has enough trouble of it's own---bad adlib to a bible verse I know.
I usually just say don't borrow trouble.

I too get anxious, we are one week from payday and running out of food,I hate it but I know we'll be fine, God will provide, HE always does.

    Love you!

  4. Julie,
    I'm sorry.
    And praying for you.

  5. I am so sorry. It doesn't minimize what you are going through simply because others may have it worse. When you are in the midst of it all, you are entitled to feel any way you dag gum please.

I hope things turn around for you soon. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Getting through today is a victory.

  6. Julie, I'm so sorry. I can imagine how overwhelmed you must feel juggling work and all the other things you do even when you feel exhausted.

I know that when we are exhausted it makes everything worse and it plays havoc with our emotions and makes everything seem even darker.

All I can say is hang in there. It's always darkest before the dawn, and who knows what blessing awaits you if you can just hold out. The sun will come up, I promise you, and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. Meanwhile I will keep you all in my prayers.

  7. Be encouraged that others are praying for you and God IS working in your life, even if you can't see it. I'm praying . . .

  8. Take comfort that God sees tomorrow, and doesn't ask us to look beyond it. Trust Him..I know it's hard..
    James 4:13-14

Awaiting your words......
